As a key member of the district team, you'll report to the District Manager. This role combines custodial responsibilities with broader maintenance duties, requiring self-motivation and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Clean floors and carpets in shared areas
• Show apartments to potential tenants
• Remove snow and ice from walkways
• Repair plumbing and electrical issues
• Assist in building inspections and quality control

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in janitorial procedures and maintenance repair
• Familiarity with safety procedures and tools
• Valid Ontario Driver's License class “G”
• Acceptable Police Clearance and Physical examination
