As a Community Advisor, you will be a critical resource for Residence Life Staff and students, fostering a positive community that enhances personal and academic success. You'll facilitate educational programs, manage conflict, and provide essential student support. This full-time position requires living in office and offers hands-on experience in residence management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate social and educational programs for students
• Support Residence Life management and programming initiatives




• Enforce community living standards and handle conflicts
• Serve as a mentor and resource to Residence Council
• Conduct violation meetings and administer sanctions

Requirements:
• Previous leadership experience is an asset
• Completed Standard First Aid & CPR Level “C”
• Valid Criminal Record Check required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to student well-being and community standards
