Enhance children's growth as a Float Registered Early Childhood Educator with Compass Early Learning and Care. Support multiple age groups through engaging, play-based activities from September 2026.

This contract role offers up to 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. You will guide infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. Your responsibilities include active supervision, documenting learning progress, and fostering family relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support all three age groups within the program
• Plan and lead interest-based learning activities
• Maintain active supervision during playtime
• Document children’s learning through observations
• Assist children with personal care and eating habits

Requirements:
• 1-3 years’ experience with children and youth
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid certifications: First Aid, CPR Level C
• Familiarity with Child Care Early Years Act
• At least 18 years of age by employment start
