Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders and optimize shipments into loads • Update Transportation Management System with shipment information • Provide detailed instructions to customers and associates • Track shipments and troubleshoot operational issues • Negotiate rates with carriers on a spot basis
Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred • At least two years of experience in Transportation/Supply Chain • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and organizational skills
