In this pivotal position, you will oversee a portfolio of 200+ leadership prospects, targeting gifts between $1,000 and $49,999 to reach a goal of $1M annually. Partnering with the Executive Director, you’ll craft and implement strategies that foster meaningful donor relationships while ensuring exceptional stewardship and engagement.

Requirements: • Degree or diploma in a related field • At least three years of fundraising experience • Proficient organizational and administrative skills • Robust interpersonal and communication skills • Experience with Raiser’s Edge and Microsoft Office
