As an HCA at AgeCare, you will work closely with residents under the supervision of a Staff Nurse. Your contributions will involve assisting with daily activities like bathing, feeding, and mobility, ensuring comfort and adherence to care plans. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with bathing and personal hygiene
• Support safe transfers using equipment like lifts
• Aid residents during meals and snack times
• Provide routine treatments as directed by nursing staff
• Escort residents to social and therapy activities

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of continuing care experience preferred
• Completion of PCA/HCA Certificate Course
• Active registration with CLHA
• Fluent in English, oral and written
• Post-secondary education is an asset
