Newbridge Academy is in search of an enthusiastic Yoga Instructor to lead engaging classes for K-5 students during the 2026-2027 school year. Inspire young minds with mindfulness practices and promote healthy movement in a joyful environment.

This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work with children while teaching the importance of mindfulness and well-being. Classes will be held every Thursday afternoon for two groups of students, each approximately 10-15 in size. Your role involves creating a calm space to enhance students' self-regulation and confidence through yoga.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead age-appropriate, engaging yoga sessions
• Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive setting
• Integrate mindfulness and breathing exercises




• Modify lessons based on age and ability
• Collaborate with teachers on student progress

Requirements:
• Preferred experience teaching children yoga
• Yoga instruction certification a plus
• Effective communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to develop positive relationships with students
• Willingness to secure a current Criminal Record Check
