Luxury goods retailer located in the Yorkville area of Toronto seeks a well presented candidate with excellent communication skills to cater to a luxury brand following.
Duties
Full administration duties and follow-up related to customer service.
Develop and retain relationships with our customers and to provide unique and memorable customer experiences.
Greet, serve and follow-up with clients
Create and update client files to accurately input the correct information required for each client
Work on special projects as required (i.e. set up for sales, merchandising, and stockroom related work when necessary).
Maintain high standards of general customer service
