Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare seating plans in coordination with Club manager
• Oversee accurate incoming deliveries and security
• Resolve order discrepancies and guest concerns promptly
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Must be available for adaptable scheduling including holidays
• Experience in supervising high-volume restaurant teams
• Proficiency in food and wine knowledge
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction
