In this role, you will serve as a consistent support for children across all learning environments. Responsibilities include partnering with educators for inquiry-based lessons, documenting progress, and ensuring seamless transitions. Your understanding of social, emotional, and cognitive milestones will guide your interactions and improve learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Foster robust relationships with children throughout the day
• Co-facilitate lessons and facilitate circle time
• Record and assess developmental progress




• Communicate updates and milestones with families
• Mentor newer educators for improved classroom experiences

Requirements:
• Certification in Early Childhood Education Level 2 or 3
• Two years of experience with preschool-aged children
• Strong observational and communication skills
• Physical ability to play and engage with children
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
