You will be involved in truck releases, paperwork maintenance, and directing traffic to loading areas for shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and receive office visitors
• Conduct computerized truck releases for inbound and outbound
• Perform grain grading with attention to detail
• Maintain and organize paperwork for IP program
• Direct traffic to loading bins and pits efficiently

Requirements:
• Experience in customer service environments
• Knowledge of grain grading is a plus
• Robust skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends
