From January to April 2027, our Toronto office is looking for an intern to join the M&A; and Capital Markets team. Key Responsibilities:
• Create pitch-books and related presentation materials
• Carry out comprehensive market and company research
• Compile lists of acquisition targets and potential buyers




• Support drafting Confidential Information Memorandums
• Contribute to various financial analyses for engagements

Requirements:
• Enrolled in a business program with finance emphasis
• Keen interest in Mergers and Acquisitions
• Robust detail orientation under deadlines
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration
• Proficient in Excel for financial analysis
