Be a vital part of Greater Victoria Housing Society as an Administrative Assistant, supporting the Housing team in a clerical capacity to assist with tenant placements. This full time role focuses on customer service and administrative tasks within an equitable environment.

The Administrative Assistant will report to the Manager of Housing, providing essential clerical support and managing various tasks related to tenant services. You will play a crucial role in liaising with stakeholders, ensuring processes run smoothly while adhering to our vision of accessible housing. Your effective communication and attention to detail will enhance our service quality across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clerical support to the Housing Department




• Assist in liaising with stakeholders and potential tenants
• Manage data entry and reporting tasks
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with clients
• Support the onboarding of new tenants

Requirements:
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Empathetic approach to client interactions
• Resourceful in learning housing policies
