Empower individuals and foster community connections as a Community Outreach Worker with Kinsight in the Tri-Cities area. You'll support personal growth through hands-on assistance and outreach services.

Kinsight seeks a dedicated Community Outreach Worker to assist individuals with developmental delays or disabilities. You will provide crucial support in areas like public transportation usage, financial management, and household tasks. This is a flexible full-time role consisting of 35 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, allowing for essential community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support individuals with skill development in various tasks
• Assist with public transportation and financial management




• Facilitate relationship building and community connections
• Provide ongoing support tailored to individual needs
• Participate in other programs as required

Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Services or Community Support Worker
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and use of own vehicle
• First Aid/CPR certification and Food Safe Certificate
• Knowledge of positive behavioral support techniques
• Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends
