Support community health initiatives as a Program Assistant at South-East Ottawa Community Health Centre's Hunt Club site. Provide administrative assistance and client support while promoting equity and social justice.
In this full time, indeterminate role, you will report directly to the Community Services Coordinator. Your responsibilities include administrative support, client interactions, event planning, and data management. By playing a critical role in our community-based services, you will help ensure that diverse clients receive the support they need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Community Services team
• Greet clients and assist them with their needs
• Prepare and maintain the Calendar of Events
• Enter and collate client data for reports
• Assist in planning community events and logistics
Requirements:
• Post-secondary training in office management or equivalent
• Exceptional communication skills, bilingualism an asset
• Technical proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Experience with vulnerable populations preferred
