About the Role As a House Attendant, you’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in public areas, assisting with room setups, and ensuring a safe and organized environment throughout the resort. You’ll support the housekeeping team, respond to guest requests, and play an important part in creating a positive guest experience.
What You’ll Do Follow daily task sheets and complete assigned cleaning duties in public and back-ofhouse areas
Perform light cleaning such as sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, disinfecting, and polishing
Safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as required (assistance provided when needed)
Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet extractors, steam cleaners, and floor machines
Assist with room and event setup (e.g., moving furniture, raising/lowering Murphy beds)
Deliver guest amenities and assist with linen as needed
Report maintenance and repair needs promptly




Replenish supplies for assigned areas
Interact with guests in a skilled and courteous manner
Adhere to all safety policies, WHMIS standards, and resort procedures
Complete all other duties as assigned by Housekeeping Supervisors or Managers
What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience (an asset)
Ability to read and follow WHMIS instructions and safety rules
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays
First Aid and WHMIS certification (an asset)
Ability to consistently meet high cleaning standards
Multilingual skills (an asset)
