As a Member Experience Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and transactions. Your responsibilities include processing cash and non-cash transactions, providing solution-oriented financial advice, and supporting branch objectives. Key Responsibilities:
• Offer exceptional service building member trust and satisfaction
• Process various member transactions and account services




• Promote and explain Servus products to members
• Resolve issues and escalate complex inquiries appropriately

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in customer service or administrative roles
• Sales experience considered an asset
