At KidStrong, our mission is to build stronger, smarter kids. With the opening of our new Red Deer center in Fall 2025, we need enthusiastic coaches dedicated to working with children aged 15 months to 11 years. Dive into an interactive environment where you will inspire kids and educate parents about our unique program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engaging classes for various age groups
• Educate parents on our child-focused curriculum
• Conduct weekday sessions and manage weekend events
• Engage children during birthday party activities
• Create a positive and motivating learning setting

Requirements:
• Proven experience coaching kids in the target age group
• Knowledge of physiology and body mechanics
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and efficient in task completion
