In this role, you will coordinate on-site services at MAiDHouse, ensuring compassionate support from the first contact through follow-up care. As one of two coordinators, you will work collaboratively on an alternating weekly schedule. Your responsibilities will include service delivery coordination, documentation, relationship management, and site management, all aimed at providing dignified end-of-life care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with MAiD providers and families for service delivery
• Provide on-site support during MAiD processes




• Maintain detailed documentation and records
• Facilitate connections to follow-up resources
• Nurture vital community relationships for outreach

Requirements:
• High emotional intelligence and adaptability
