• Review menus and production sheets prior to service

• Complete daily temperature audits of food storage
• Contribute to planning special meals and events

Requirements:
• Food Handler's Certificate mandatory
• Red Seal Certificate preferred
• Experience in large quantity food prep essential
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets required
• Physical ability to handle heavy items safely
