We are seeking a certified Assistant Swim Instructor to lead engaging classes that build water confidence and swimming skills. Join us in providing structured, energetic lessons for small groups.

In this role, you'll work in a welcoming environment that fosters joy and learning, utilizing our Small Steps method. Your responsibilities will include leading classes at our warm pools while supporting both swimmers and their families. We offer adaptable scheduling, so you can balance work commitments with your life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead classes focused on confidence and skill-building
• Create a structured and high-energy learning environment
• Celebrate swimmer progress and achievements
• Communicate effectively with families for better support
• Assist your team in ensuring a smooth daily operation

Requirements:
• Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification required
• Bronze Cross certification necessary
• Must take Making Waves Coach Course
• Strong communicator and team player
• Able to work at least 2 day shifts weekly
