At Enviros, we prioritize innovative social services for children and families striving for independence and wellness. As a practitioner in the Journeys program, you will work directly with youth ages 12 to 17, helping them develop skills and navigate challenges. This position supports both direct client interaction and vital administrative responsibilities aimed at fostering a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build therapeutic relationships with youth for effective support
• Create a safe workplace using a trauma-informed approach
• Engage youth in sleep hygiene routines and daily living skills
• Develop case plans and assist in family connections
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Human Services field
• Experience in trauma-informed practice
• Previous group care experience preferred
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license needed
