Dialogue is Canada’s leading virtual care provider. We’re seeking a Mental Health Intake Agent (Night) to support EAP members via phone and chat within Dialogue’s call center.
The role involves a simple intake, fast access to care, and coordinating appointments, working closely with our team of practitioners and case managers. This overnight position requires a compassionate, digitally fluent skilled with 21+ hours of overnight/weekend availability.
