This role requires keen observation and physical endurance as you collect solid waste from various areas within Banff. Operating equipment and assessing maintenance needs of waste containers are crucial tasks. You will work closely with Town colleagues and interact with residents and visitors, ensuring a clean workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and sort solid waste and recyclables
• Operate vehicles and tools safely
• Evaluate cleanliness and maintenance requirements
• Report and resolve safety and cleanliness issues
• Work outdoors regardless of weather conditions

Requirements:
• Class 5 Alberta Operator’s licence required
• Clean driver’s abstract mandatory
• Demonstrated experience in workplace safety
• Capability to handle heavy loads and climb vehicles
• Valid Class 3 licence is an asset
