Ensure that you meet transportation needs for service assignments as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide meaningful support to individuals in need
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary health team
• Facilitate access to essential services for clients
• Maintain a focus on quality and safety in service delivery
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Requirements:
• Experience as a recipient of mental health or substance use services
• Completion of a recognized Peer Support Training course
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License is required
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle physical tasks required by the job
