Tim Hortons in Kemptville, ON is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join their team. This full-time, in-person leadership role offers strong opportunities for personal and qualified growth, as well as advancement within the organization.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting the Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management
Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues
Continuously developing supervisors and team members
Implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures
Assisting in budgeting and financial management
Ensuring efficient team management to achieve business goals
Managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory, and reporting
Overseeing Health and Safety in the restaurant
Requirements:
Proven experience in a leadership role with strong team management skills
Strong speed of service and excellent communication skills
Exceptional customer service abilities
Proficiency in cashiering and basic math skills
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively




Time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Experience training and developing a team (asset)
Familiarity with financials and the budgeting process (asset)
Experience managing Health and Safety in a restaurant (asset)
Quick service restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
Advanced Food Safety Certification (preferred)
Secondary school diploma (preferred)
Available to work every second weekend at minimum
Must reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Kemptville, ON

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Proven leadership experience; strong team management and communication skills; proficiency in cashiering and basic math; administrative competence including scheduling and inventory; ability to multitask; Secondary school diploma preferred; Advanced Food Safety Certification preferred; 1 year quick service restaurant management experience preferred
