Key Responsibilities:
• Assist First Cook with meal preparation and cooking
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks as directed
• Organize and maintain food storage areas
• Ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards
• Follow Safety Policies and Procedures diligently

Requirements:
• 2-3 years in high-volume culinary settings
• Preferred Journeyman Cook Certification from Alberta
• Valid Food Safety certification for Alberta
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs
