MNP, a leading Canadian accounting firm, is seeking an Accounting Technician to join their dynamic team. You’ll assist in various accounting functions including tax engagements, bookkeeping, and financial reconciliations. This role requires solid attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with audits, bookkeeping, and tax-related tasks
• Prepare government remittances and maintain accounts payable/receivable
• Perform monthly and quarterly financial close processes




• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Communicate with government authorities regarding assessments

Requirements:
• Accounting certificate or bachelor’s degree in commerce/business
• Entry level up to 2 years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of personal and corporate tax regulations
• Familiarity with accounting software and basic principles
• Fluency in Mandarin and English for effective communication
