Were working with a respected brokerage in Markham looking to add a Personal Lines CSR with strong underwriting experience to their team.

What Youll Be Doing: Review and assess applications before submission accuracy and underwriting insight are key.

Service existing personal lines clients policy changes, renewals, general inquiries.

Work directly in Power





Broker and carrier portals to manage and process files.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and great client outcomes.

What Were Looking For: RIBO license is required. 3+ years in a personal lines role, preferably in a brokerage setting.

Familiarity with the major personal lines markets (Intact, Aviva, Economical, etc.) and how their portals work.

Comfort with Power
