Produce and maintain clear, structured documentation that is useful to operations.

Act as a resource person on complex technical matters and support the team as needed.

Contribute to the coordination and continuity of team activities as needed.

Requirements VOTRE PROFIL EST ESSENTIEL NOTRE REUSSITE Dtenir un DEC en gnie ou dans une discipline dingnierie pertinente au poste.

Possder une exprience significative en milieu manufacturier, en mthodes, en coordination technique ou en gestion de projets.

Comprendre rapidement les enjeux techniques, oprationnels et manufacturiers.

Faire preuve de polyvalence, dautonomie, de jugement et dun intrt marqu pour les dfis.

Dmontrer de bonnes aptitudes en communication, en organisation et en gestion des priorits.

Matriser la suite Microsoft Office; la connaissance dun ERP ou de systmes manufacturiers constitue un atout.

Dmontrer de linitiative et la capacit dassumer progressivement un rle plus large dans lquipe.

Capacit grer des projets techniques, coordonner plusieurs intervenants et respecter les chanciers.

Solide bagage technique en environnement manufacturier et bonne comprhension des oprations terrain.

Exprience en mthodes de travail, amlioration continue et structuration de processus.



YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS Hold a college diploma (DEC) in engineering or in a discipline relevant to the position.

Have significant experience in a manufacturing environment, work methods, technical coordination, or project management.

Quickly understand technical, operational, and manufacturing challenges.

Demonstrate versatility, autonomy, judgment, and a strong interest in challenges.

Show strong communication, organizational, and priority management skills.

Be proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of an ERP or manufacturing systems is an asset.

Demonstrate initiative and the ability to gradually take on a broader role within the team.

Ability to manage technical projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and meet deadlines.

Solid technical background in a manufacturing environment and valuable understanding of shop-floor operations.

Experience in work methods, continuous improvement, and process structuring.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
