Position Overview:



As a Product Specialist you will be the face of our dealership guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing journey with confidence, product knowledge, and a customer -first approach.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic sales environment and is passionate about automotive.

Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.

Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable Nissan vehicles.

Deliver product presentations and test drives.

That highlight features and benefits.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

Follow up on leads through phone, email and customer retention management system (CRM).

Stay up to date on Nissan product knowledge, features and promotions.

Work collaboratively with the sales and finance teams to close deals efficiently.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications: Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is considered a strong asset Minimum 1 year of automotive sales or delivery experience required Valid OMVIC license required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid drivers license with a clean driving record strong ability to communicate confidently and professionally (verbally and written) strong attention to detail,
