Our Surrey based client is seeking a permanent Commercial Property Accountant to join the team. **Market-competitive salary in the $90,000 to $95,000 range** Benefits: Gain experience within an established team Close to public transport Reporting to the Controller, responsibilities include: Accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial statements for a portfolio of commercial properties Completing annual budgets, preparing supporting schedules and accurate property forecast and budget information Complete year end operating cost adjustments and tenant billings Ensure all GST and other legislated taxes and assessments are reconciled and remitted Monthly/quarterly surplus funds distribution reports Monitor and review accounts receivables/payables accuracy, adjustments, and/or corrections Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts Successful Candidate: Previous full-cycle accounting experience an asset 2+ years commercial property accounting experience Strong accounting systems and MS Excel experience Excellent oral and written communication skills
