The Financial Analyst will support management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, bonus calculations, financial modeling, and other core FP& A activities.

Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely daily operational reporting, as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages, including financial and KPI reporting across multiple locations, regions, and business units.

Analyze financial and operational results through actual-to-budget, forecast-to-actual, and year-over-year variance analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.





Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including preparing templates, assumptions, driver-based models, and supporting schedules.

Calculate quarterly and annual incentive compensation and bonus programs while maintaining accurate supporting documentation.

Extract, consolidate, validate, and analyze financial and operational data from multiple systems to support decision-making and performance reporting.

Maintain and enhance financial models, dashboards, reporting packages, and FP& A systems to improve the quality and efficiency of reporting.

Partner with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.

Assist with ad hoc financial analysis, accounting-related projects, business cases, and strategic initiatives.

Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve reporting processes and data workflows while ensuring solid controls and auditability.

Communicate financial results, reporting requirements, and business insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
