Job Description Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Application Packager to support enterprise software packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Management technologies, application packaging tools, scripting, and software deployment best practices in large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities Design, build, test, and deploy enterprise application packages for Windows environments.

Create and maintain complex Microsoft Windows Installer packages (MSI/MST) following enterprise standards and best practices.

Manage enterprise-wide software deployment strategies utilizing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

Package and deploy COTS, GOTS, and custom-developed applications using: - Admin

Studio - Install

Shield - Power

Shell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT) Build silent installation packages in MSI/MST format for automated enterprise deployments.

Perform application discovery and collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and requestors to gather requirements, settings, and deployment preferences.

Deliver accurate package completion estimates and provide ongoing status reporting throughout the packaging lifecycle.

Prepare, build, update, and maintain clean virtual machine environments for application packaging and testing.

Automate packaging environments, including tool configuration, merge modules, and enterprise-wide settings.

Create conflict-free, validated, rollback-enabled, advertised, just-in-time, and error-free application packages for deployment through SCCM/MECM.

Develop and maintain scripts using: - Power





Shell - VBScript - CScript - WScript Support ad hoc application packaging requests and troubleshoot deployment-related issues.

Partner with Change Advisory Board (CAB) and User Engagement teams to ensure successful software deployments.

Follow established Change Management and Release Management processes, including maintenance planning and scheduling.

Support software deployments, updates, service packs, and emergency security patches.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting the Microsoft production environment.

Continuously improve deployment processes through automation and scripting.

Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Application Packaging and Software Deployment.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.

Extensive experience creating and managing MSI/MST packages in enterprise environments.

Expertise with Admin

Studio, Install

Shield, and/or Power

Shell App Deployment Toolkit.

Strong scripting experience using Power

Shell, VBScript, CScript, and WScript.

Experience managing the complete software deployment lifecycle.

Experience building and maintaining virtual packaging environments.

Strong understanding of software deployment methodologies, change management, and release management processes.

Ability to troubleshoot complex application deployment and packaging issues.





Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.

Highly motivated, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Not Mandatory) Experience with Microsoft Intune and contemporary device/application management.

Knowledge of Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning processes.

Experience with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) administration and integration.

Familiarity with Microsoft App-V or application virtualization technologies.

Experience supporting enterprise environments within highly regulated industries and ITIL-based service management frameworks Requirements Top 3 Required Skills: 1. IBM Financial transaction 2.

Support Modernization Detailed Job Description: Design, develop, and maintain applications built on IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) to support core payments processing.

Contribute to the development of payment flows supporting transaction processing.

Build and support integrations between FTM and upstream/downstream systems using enterprise integration patterns.

Participate in the design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues in a complex, regulated environment.

Collaborate with architecture, QA, and operations teams to ensure platform stability, scalability, and performance.

Support modernization initiatives and enhancements to existing payment hub capabilities.

Produce clear technical documentation and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
