Assisted Living Alberta is seeking a Health Care Aide (HCA) based in Airdrie. In this role, you'll assist with daily living activities, hygiene, and nutrition while providing company. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, your observational skills will bring value to patient assessments and care provisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal hygiene and grooming assistance to clients
• Support clients with transferring, feeding, and daily activities
• Deliver companionship and emotional support during care




• Observe and report on clients' mood and health status
• Assist with basic health care tasks as outlined in care plans

Requirements:
• Valid registration or eligibility with College of LPNs and HCAs
• Completion of Health Care Aide Certificate within 18 months
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Previous experience in the health care field preferred
• Robust communication and time management skills
