Role Description:

Lead the implementation of DUCO, a SaaS-based reconciliation platform replacing manual operational processes for the derivatives AIS environment.

Manage system interfaces, vendor and stakeholder coordination, delivery risks, testing, and implementation activities within an active transformation program.

Drive execution across business, operations, and technology teams.

Must-have skills

8+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology implementations

Solid stakeholder management, vendor management,



interface/integration coordination, and risk/issue management

Experience in financial services operations, ideally fund accounting, reconciliation, derivatives, futures, or options

Proven delivery experience in process automation and operational transformation initiatives

Strong understanding of change-management impacts, including business readiness, communications, training, and adoption support
