Exchanger Industries builds custom shell and tube exchangers, air coolers and ASME pressure vessels from our Calgary facility. Every unit carries our stamp. We need someone accountable for that.
What you will own The technical standard of every QC inspection, and our products’ compliance with code
Custody of our National Board stamp and NBR numbers, and signature on Code Compliance documents
Day to day leadership of our QC inspection team
Our Inspection and Test Plans, and all inspection and NDE activity
First contact for ASME, National Board, CWB, ABSA and customer audits
Code interpretation.
When there is a question about what the Code requires, you are the answer
What you bring Ten or more years leading QA/QC in pressure welding manufacturing
AMPP (formerly NACE) Coating Inspector Program (CIP) Level 1
Hands-on Form U-1 and National Board registration experience
ASME Section VIII and B31, CSA B51 and B52, CSA W47.1 / W59
Assets Welding Examiner certification; CGSB or SNT Level I to III in RT, UT, MT or PT
Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday with flexible schedule, on site in Calgary. No relocation support.
