The Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) will work under the Chief Psychologist at St. Lawrence Education Centre, delivering specialized behavior support services. You will utilize your knowledge in Applied Behaviour Analysis and engage with multi-disciplinary teams to develop effective strategies tailored for students with diverse challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain caseloads for individualized behaviour assessment
• Provide direct and indirect behaviour services including evaluations




• Train and supervise non-regulated behaviour staff
• Assist in safety-related behavior intervention planning
• Develop workshops and training resources for educators

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis
• Certified RBA in positive standing
• 3+ years’ experience in educational settings
• Strong knowledge of FBA and ABA strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
