This full time role is critical for financial operations within a major industrial company. You will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting, including Fixed ($28MM) and Capital Budgets ($25MM-$30MM). With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll analyze operational data to provide insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams for effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop understanding of actual costs flow and coding
• Manage annual budget and forecasting processes
• Analyze performance trends to recommend actions




• Prepare month-end journal entries and financial packages
• Support Plant Managers through financial guidance

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
• 5 years of manufacturing costing experience
• High proficiency in Excel and digital tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with Oracle BI, Tableau, or JD Edwards
