Become the Team Leader for FGF's packaging operations. Ensure quality and mentoring through effective team leadership in a dynamic environment.

This position, reporting to the Line Leader, tasks the Team Leader with providing direction and support to the packaging line team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of packaged products while fostering a culture of respect and teamwork. Candidates should ideally have experience in food manufacturing and a passion for quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead by example in a team-oriented environment
• Hold daily huddles and assist with feedback
• Mentor and coach Team Members on packaging
• Verify materials and oversee the labeling process
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards

Requirements:
• 1-2 years in a manufacturing workplace preferred
• Excellent detail orientation and communication
• Ability to work independently while multitasking
• Physically able to lift up to 40 kg
• Flexible with shift coverage including nights
