Your role involves steering over 25 education programs, engaging with over 90 faculty members annually, and nurturing partnerships in a complex geopolitical landscape. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a multi-year strategic plan
• Ensure compliance with institutional and grant reporting
• Lead special projects addressing emerging needs




• Manage business development for TAAAC
• Oversee programming and exchanges between Toronto and Ethiopia

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant field, Doctorate preferred
• 10+ years in international education program leadership
• Experience with Ethiopian academic and health systems
