- Serve as the dedicated HRBP for EPDD managers and senior managers- Build proactive relationships with technical leaders- Coach leaders through performance conversations, complex employee-relations cases, and difficult people decisions- Partner on organizational health using data to identify patterns and anticipate friction- Support performance management cycles, including feedback, documentation, PIPs, and exits- Provide employee lifecycle support and guidance to team members- Act as subject matter expert on Canadian employment law and market practices- Identify, build, and deliver impactful talent programs- Use AI to automate, build, and streamline HR workflowsRequirements- 4–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1 year in a true HRBP role- Direct experience supporting EPDD or R&D teams is a major plus- Experience shaping business decisions through pattern recognition, data, insights, instincts,
