Join Our Team!We are seeking an Integration & Applications Specialist to join our IT team. This is a newly established and evolving role that supports both our internal teams and our national franchise network across Canada.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and working in a lean, fast‑paced environment. You will support business applications, assist with system integrations, contribute to internal development initiatives, and help ensure our franchise partners are supported with reliable, user‑friendly technology.The core business and working hours for this position are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm PST.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide front‑line application and system support to internal teams and franchise partners across Canada, contributing to a positive and consistent technology experienceSupport system connectivity and data flow through the maintenance and enhancement of integrations, including API and EDI‑based connectionsContribute to the development, improvement, and support of internal applications and web‑based tools used by corporate and franchise teamsSupport the implementation and use of automation and AI‑enabled tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effortCollaborate with internal stakeholders, franchise partners, and external vendors to understand needs and support system improvementsMaintain transparent documentation and support knowledge sharing across the organizationContribute to a culture of continuous improvement, adaptability, and customer‑focused service within the IT teamParticipates in a shared on‑call and after‑hours support rotation,

The expected salary range for this position is $70, -$90, per year, plus on‑call compensation. Where you land within this range will depend on your skills, experience, and the expertise you bring to the role.
