In this role, reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will support branch operations through process analysis and improvement initiatives. You will work closely with branch managers and cross-functional teams, focusing on maximizing performance, safety, inventory management, and customer service objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support branch operations with site visits and coaching
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements
• Monitor inventory management and loss prevention KPIs




• Assist with branch openings and special projects
• Coordinate operational training and compliance

Requirements:
• 3+ years in operations or distribution experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel throughout Ontario
