In this full-time, permanent role, you will facilitate patient journeys and ensure access to prescription drug coverage. Your responsibilities will include handling documentation for insurance claims and collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals. Solid customer service and reimbursement skills are necessary to succeed in maximizing patient access to vital treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the patient journey with healthcare providers
• Manage documentation and communication for insurance claims




• Address inquiries regarding patient cases promptly
• Schedule appointments and ensure timely drug deliveries
• Implement best practices for drug coverage access

Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French necessary
• Registered Nurse or equivalent license required
• Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare reimbursement
• Strong Microsoft and Google application skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
