Work alongside the Management team to implement Quality Assurance initiatives that align with industry trends and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide training for new and existing Underwriting staff
• Facilitate training sessions and case studies for various teams
• Develop structured training programs to enhance learning
• Oversee a comprehensive Quality Assurance program
• Maintain current underwriting guidelines and procedures
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or industry equivalent
• 5 years’ experience in Group Underwriting
• Experience in developing adult learning programs
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Designations such as ACS, FLMI, or CEBS are assets
