Key Responsibilities:
• Streamline dispensary operations for safety and efficiency
• Assist in the management of drug shortages and conservation




• Evaluate and optimize the physical space for dispensary
• Ensure documentation and equipment compliance
• Recruit and train pharmacy staff as required

Requirements:
• OCP registered Pharmacy Technician
• Diploma in Pharmacy Technician required
• 5+ years’ hospital pharmacy experience
• 1-2 years in a leadership role preferred
• Proven skills in planning and time management
