Elevate student engagement in your leadership role as a Neighbourhood Manager with the Division of Student Affairs. Oversee a vibrant residence community and collaborate with Residence Services to ensure student success and well-being.

As a Neighbourhood Manager, you'll report to the Associate Director of Residence Life and Education. Your leadership will shape a residence community of 400-600 students while handling emergency response, student conduct, and staff training. An emphasis is placed on creating a secure, inclusive environment that promotes growth, respect, and community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee management of a residence neighbourhood
• Lead emergency and crisis response efforts
• Implement student conduct and follow-up processes




• Hire and train student staff and volunteers
• Support Residence Life operations during summer months

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years in crisis response, preferably in Higher Education
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts
• Understanding of student conduct issues and support
