As part of CHEO’s 24-hour pharmacy, you will play a critical role in delivering protected and effective medication management. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in clinical pharmacy, actively provide drug information to healthcare teams, and engage in various pharmacy programs to enhance patient care. Flexibility for weekend and evening shifts is essential as you coordinate with other pharmacy staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely dispense medications and supervise pharmacy operations
• Share evening and weekend coverage responsibilities




• Train pharmacy students and new staff
• Engage in departmental meetings and committees
• Maintain knowledge of pharmacy policies and regulations

Requirements:
• Recognized Pharmacy degree mandatory
• Eligible for licensure with The Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Two years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Completion of a pharmacy residency preferred
• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
