Make an impact as the Director of Transformation and Risk Management at The Royal. Lead strategic initiatives for organizational change and risk within Ontario's healthcare sector.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will drive enterprise transformation and manage risk, compliance, and corporate initiatives across The Royal. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will support strategic planning, advising senior leaders while ensuring organizational readiness and compliance with regulations. Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes in healthcare improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic planning aligned with hospital's vision
• Oversee risk assessment and mitigation across domains




• Strengthen partnerships with community and healthcare leaders
• Manage emergency preparedness and response initiatives
• Mentor staff and oversee performance management

Requirements:
• Master’s in Health Administration or Business
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
• Proven ability to impact large-scale change
• Knowledge of Ontario’s healthcare setting
• Preferred certifications in project management or risk management
